Miami Worldcenter’s First 43-Story Tower Has Topped Off

The first of many towers planned at Miami Worldcenter topped off last week.

Crews for the 43-story Seventh Street Apartments celebrated the milestone with a flag and tree ceremony.

The tower will include 450 apartments when complete. A second tower at Seventh Street Apartments with 413 units in 40 stories is also planned to be connected by podium, for a total of 863 apartments, along with ground floor retail space.

That’s just the start for Worldcenter. Paramount Miami Worldcenter is under construction with 513 condo units and 55,000 square feet of retail, and millions more square feet of retail, hotel, office and residential is in the works.

Yes, and there’s enough vacant land there to keep it going for quite a while too.

Wasn’t there two high towers planned as well right next to those. by the brightline station at Central station ? I believe it was like 700-800 feet high each.

Yes, there is least one tower in the over 800ft height range that I know of that’s planned by CCS, but we’ll have to wait and see if that ever takes fruition. Meanwhile, the two residential towers on top of CCS are being built and going up right now as we speak.

Thanks. I remember reading that on here that it was a single tall tower, but then they split it into two slightly lower towers.

Nope. Some like the office tower that will be built soon NE of Paramount. The rest would come from all the innovation land.
