Nice, I like. That whole area in Edgewater is really taking off!

what i need to take off is the price per sq. ft. sales price of my unobstructed direct bay front condo unit at the Quantum on the Bay… it can’t break $395 per square ft!

Not bad for Kobi Krap. It’s better than the adjacent Hampton Inn, and certainly what it’s replacing. I’d love to see the Beverly Terrace apartment houses on the two blocks to the south restored and incorporated into towers referencing their architecture. Some classic and modern architecture done right will make the area a better place.

Anything over five stories and the whiners come out big time on this site.

Your right. Not everything needs to be a monstor. In time if the area demands increases as does the scarcity of land then they could redevelop to its highest and best use.

I had a great experience with a pornstar turned escort in that hotel. Will look forward in meeting escorts at the new hotel once built.
