Mixed-Use Tower Approved By FAA For Former Lynx Site

Trammell Crow Residential has been granted FAA approval to build a tower at 16 SE 2 St.

According to the application, the new project will be a 45-story mixed-use tower. The approval allows for a building height of 483 feet above ground, or 491 feet above sea level.

Last decade, a developer proposed the Lynx project on the site with multiple towers designed by Pei Partnership and Chad Oppenheim, but it was later scrapped.

Greenberg Traurig is representing Trammell Crow Residential in the approval process.
