Moishe Mana Begins Demolition At 777 International Mall On Flagler Street

Demolition is underway at Moishe Mana’s 777 International Mall building on Flagler Street.

According to city records, a demolition permit is active for the building.

A Notice of Commencement was also filed on March 20 for the demolition.

There will be a total of 70,000 square feet of interior space demolished at a cost of $243,000. Miami Wrecking Co. is the contractor.

It isn’t clear what Mana’s plans for the building are. There doesn’t appear to be any construction permit pending for the building as of today.

Mana recently evicted artists from the building, according to the Miami New Times.

Drip, drip, drip – the pace of progress of Mana’s developments continues to stymie downtown Miami.
Shameful.

It was restored not that long ago, it had been horribly altered. It was formerly the Miami Theatre.

It is, it was originally the Miami Theater and retained some of the original interior architecture on the second floor of the former Payless.

I read the comments and you all hate me why? Yeah I know… I’m a billionaire… I made millions off of Miami and still haven’t built anything! That makes me smart…maybe you all should have bought you some of this Miami property and you to could have been rich! To bad!

You are giving him too much credit. He has written and said worst. He can’t even keep his employees. He says he hates Trump but no difference between the 2. His reputation with people with better reputation is terribke.

The interior and rear, yes. However, the front is better than any pseudo Apple Store crap he would propose.
