Sources have told TNM that the developer now has reservations for more than half of the available units at Gran Paraiso. That means that over 150 units have been reserved.
The sales figures were achieved in less than three weeks, with reservations beginning just before Memorial Day. The developer hasn’t even fully rolled out a marketing campaign yet, with a website that still says ‘coming soon.’
Buyers seem to be responding faster to condo buildings with direct water views, even at higher prices. Units at the two other towers in the Paraiso Bay complex that face the bay have sold much quicker than units at other condo projects that didn’t have direct bay views, although they were priced accordingly. Related’s slower selling condo projects have included Paraiso Bayviews and Hyde Midtown.
Gran Paraiso is set to include 317 units. Prices start at $700,000 and range up to to $1.8 million.
