Edgewater Project Approved By FAA At 649 Feet

The Federal Aviation Administration has just issued a letter stating that a 649-foot tower proposed in Edgewater would not pose a hazard to air navigation.

According to the August 3 letter, the project can rise 645 feet above ground or 649 feet above sea level.

The sponsor of the project is listed at the FAA as 720 NE Street PropCo, LLC, in care of OKO Group.

The project site is located at the end of 27th Street.

In 2016, OKO Group and partner Cain International announced they had purchased the property for $54 million.

According to the website of DL Consulting LLC, the site is large enough to accommodate the development of two luxury residential towers. The company says it has also worked on Missoni Baia, Una, and 830 Brickell.

Mistery solved people: it will be a rectangular building, with a flat top, thousand of parking spaces, encased in a half way up to the building podium.

Yes. Although it’s not a matter of north or south, rather this is furthest east you can get.

I think many of the units will still have great views, albeit a little more obstructed than they currently are.

More Una, and less Missoni Bore. You wouldn’t need saxophonists with jetpacks to sell units either.
