Neighbors of Paraiso Bay are fed up with the disturbances created by the project, and have appealed to the city to intervene, according to The Real Deal.
Last week, representatives of the Biscayne Neighborhoods Association met with city officials, developer Related Group, and contractor Plaza Construction. They accused the contractor of violating noise ordinances and clogging sewers with construction debris, causing flooding.
Affiliates of Related Group have been sued over falling construction debris at 1100 Millecento and over another construction dispute at Baltus House. Other developers, including Swire Properties, have faced similar complaints.
