New Interior Renderings Of Meyer-Davis Designed Arlo Hotel, Opening October

Arlo Hotels has announced an opening date for their Wynwood property and released new interior renderings.

Arlo said it will soon begin taking reservations for the Wynwood hotel, with opening scheduled for October.

Prices will start at $239 per night.

The 9-story hotel will include 217 rooms.

Amenities will include a rooftop pool with private cabanas, a bar and café, and a yoga deck.

There will also be a 2,666-square-foot destination restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating, three bars, a bodega, a pool table, and a fitness center.

The property’s exterior walls will feature works by Miami-based artist Hoxxoh, known for his “spheres of life” that illustrate the motions of space and time, and from MILAGROS Collective, whose co-founders Felici Asteinza and Joey Fillastre will create site-specific work, exploring the history of the community through striking arrangements of color and lines.

Arlo Wynwood’s interiors will display more than 250 works of art from a range of artists, including Alain Castoriano, Coruna Luna, Jessica Poundstone, Joe Geis, Lauren Williams, Matthias Lupri, Ryan Coleman, and Tom Abbiss, among others.

Interior design is by Meyer Davis.

I’d love to see the Arlo brand opening up in Little Havana. So glad to see them in Wynwood.

hoxxoh’s mural on the north wall has already been completed & looks fantastic! They’ve done a really great job incorporating art into this project.

Terrible name choice, Arlo is an established brand name of security devices, I guess it does fit in with W Y N H O O D though lol

“Arlo Wynwood’s interiors will display more than 250 works of art from a range of artists”

Jorge Perez went “what the fuck?, they’re encroaching on my museum” after reading this.

Meh, a box., but at least the windows line up and the art is positioned appropriately.

So the artists, interior designers, and developers are all named/credited, but not the architect?

Coconut Grove as we Miamians remember it, no. The sterile box architecture that could frankly be anywhere, yes.

Unfortunately the old grove is dead
