New Permitting Activity At 41-Story HUB Miami

There is now permitting activity this week for the the 41-story HUB Miami tower site.

A site work permit went into prescreening with Miami’s Building Department on September 24.

The site work permit was first applied for in May 2023, but later moved to inactive status. It was reactivated on September 20, with a note stating that the soil permit was ready to be submitted.

A revised demolition permit to clear the partially built Logik tower from the site was approved in March, and the lot now appears to have been mostly cleared.

There’s also a master construction permit, and phased vertical permit pending. The phased vertical permit appears to be moving closer to completion as of this month.

The new HUB Miami tower will include:

  • 306 condominium residences
  • 245,000 square feet of Class-A office space

Units will be delivered fully finished and furnished, and will allow owners to either live in them or rent on a short or long term basis.

ODP is the architect.

The John Buck Company, Florida Value Partners, BH Group, and PEBB Enterprises are the developers.
