New Rendering Of Sky Bar & Rooftop Atrium Planned Atop 50-Story Legacy Miami Worldcenter Tower, Which Will Begin Construction This Year

Update: The photo used in Legacy’s marketing appears to be from London’s Sky Garden.

At the top of a new 50-story tower planned at Miami Worldcenter called Legacy, a glass-enclosed atrium is planned – the first of its kind in Miami, developers say.

A newly released rendering shows just how unique the atrium will be.

The atrium will be both a public and private space, marketing material states.

A SkyBar will offer “endless sunsets,” cocktails, and dining.

The atrium will be open to residents and the public while also being rented out for events.

A dramatic, cantilevered glass pool will hang off the edge of the rooftop.

Me either. Especially for my stepmom Sarah who is starting a fitness business called Miami Fitness Coach. Since this is a hotel and condo, she can target this. Also, even though I may not be a hotel guest or resident at Legacy, I can still go up to this atrium since it is open to the public. Since it is open t the public.

It’s still a rendering, it’s just a rendering of London’s Sky Garden.

Looks beautiful! Keep building beautiful modern tall buildings. Lets do our best to improve walk-ability and transit, but forget the radical no no no sea rising, no parking, and fanatical bicycle riders who hold progress back. Lets keep moving forward with such beautiful buildings and put our mark on the global map!

Did they mean “endless sun”?? I can’t imagine how hot that place will with a southwestern exposure. Doesn’t seem fitting for Miami’s subtropical climate.

This is a very good looking tower, and the atrium looks spectacular.

So it’s a giant sauna.

So developers are too dumb to realize that it gets hot in Miami?

They should be glad they have you to remind them of that fact.

Yes it will get built right next to the giant snow ski lift a la Dubai

Unfortunately, all worthy, looking forward designs get put on the back burner and don’t come to fruition. I’m not expecting an exception here.

That pedastal! Please keep that design. Best yet.

Please, more crowns, spires, and curves, and less flat-topped boxes with random window or balcony patterns on top of parking pedestals covered by ugly murals.

Hey, what up? You don’t like Miami signature buildings? You also forgot to mention AC cooling tanks

best way to clean a dogs bottom is — Put on a pair of latex gloves,Dampen two or three paper towels and set.Lift your dog’s tail, exposing the anal opening.
Place your thumb and forefinger along either side of the anal opening.
Press up slightly, using gentle but firm pressure.
Wipe the fluid up using dampened paper towels.
—-oh , wait, sorry entered wrong blog.

Unimpressive…sorry but it rather looks like stadium or gym facility, and it is a bit confusing since the rendering has nothing to do with the floor plan below.

That’s a dream wish for Miami. However, we’re not at that level yet and we don’t have the climate for this type of design.

Anonymous

Hold up.. which one is it, this building won’t get built because Miami is “not at that level yet,” or is it because Miami “don’t have the climate for this type of design?”

Love how this “rendering” gets called out but no one says a peep about American Dream Miami having a view of Manhattan in the background of half of their “renderings”

If the sky bar looks anything like this, you’re sure to see pigs flying among the horizon.
