New renderings and details have been filed for the Summit Brickell tower, which is currently moving through the approval process.
Developers are seeking site plan and zoning approval for the tower, and filed a presentation with the county earlier this month highlighting the refined design.
The 65-story, 750-foot tower is planned to include 505 residential units, 1,933 square feet of ground floor retail, and 500 spaces in an internalized garage, the presentation states.
The proposed public benefits contribution has been increased and now includes $575,000 to be used towards Metrorail, Metromover, or Metrobus stations. There will also be improvements made to pedestrian crossings in the area.
In addition, the developer is committing 25 units towards workforce housing. Twelve units will be reserved for households earning 120% of the area median income, with another 13 units for households earning 120% of the area median income.
