New Renderings Released Of 45-Story Standard Residences, Under Construction

New renderings and details have been released for the Standard Residences in Brickell.

According to a fact sheet on the developer’s website, the tower is currently under construction, with completion planned in 2027.

A total of 422 units are planned, finished with porcelain floors.

Unit sizes range from 432-square-foot studios to 963-square-foot two-bedroom residences, with pricing starting at $600,000, according to a press release.

The 45-story Standard is being built adjacent to the 44-story Lofty Brickell tower, which is also under construction. The towers will share a podium.

Condos will have Miele appliances. There will be a 45th floor rooftop lounge, a 10th floor Standard wellness spa, a 9th floor restaurant and bar, and a ground floor Avra Estiatorio restaurant on the riverfront.

Interior design is by Goodrich in collaboration with The Standard’s In-House Design Studio.

Short term rentals will not be permitted, the developer told The Real Deal.

Midtown Miami also has a Standard Residences under development and near completion. That development is “almost entirely sold-out,” the press release said.

Arquitectonica is the architect.

Newgard Development Group and Two Roads Development are the developers.

It looks nice but I really wish these developers would start reaching out to other firms – a lot of these buildings look incredibly similar.

It has been happening for years. I always get thumb down when I mention it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Even when high-profile architectural firms are selected, we still get a lot of mediocrity. Case in point, HOK’s new courthouse and SOM’s 830 Brickell.

I disagree – the design for SOM’s upcoming tower, KPF’s Mandarin Oriental, Zara’s 1000M – those are unique buildings with an identity. It’s surprising to see luxury developers keep going back to the same well for completely unoriginal designs that are almost all the same

I am not sure that Miami has the $$$ (all flash and no cash Miami) for RAMSA quality of detail and expertise.

The tower is in fact very standard as the name suggests, it’s seems that developers are running out of names

Wow – if you bought at Lofty, did you know about this building? I’m surprised how this was all marketed. The Lofty website makes it seem that area is an amenity deck.

I feel like they’ve always said it would be three towers on the lot, so views were always going to be compromised. But I can’t recall seeing any renderings with these two towers together in one image, until now.

432 square feet for $600,000 this city is COOKED

I think it’s a great thing! It means our city is in high demand and among the premiere cities in the US. Plenty of more boring places in America where you can get the same square footage for $200k if that’s more your vibe!
