MacArthur Properties of New York is planning a two-level retail center on Biscayne Boulevard.
The new project would include nearly 40,000 square feet of space, and be called Miami Highline. It would be built on the Art By God property at 3701 Biscayne Boulevard, which totals .8-acres of land.
The Miami 21 zoning code doesn’t permit retail space to occupy more than 25% of the new building, so a rezoning will be required. The city’s Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board will review the proposed rezoning on September 2.
