CONCACAF (The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football) appears to be moving into office space to 3 MiamiCentral.
According to a construction permit filed April 5, Suite 1100 is being built out for the soccer organization, at a cost of $1,321,076. Total space will be 15,098 square feet.
The soccer organization currently has their global headquarters on 5th street in Miami Beach. Those offices were raided in 2015 as part of a worldwide investigation into FIFA.
Separately, another construction permit at 3 MiamiCentral was filed on May 4 to build out 4,000 square feet of ground floor retail, at a cost of $3.5 million. Yet another construction permit, for a ground floor Publix, still has not been approved by the city after being filed in December 2017.
