Office Space For CONCACAF To Be Built At 3 MiamiCentral

CONCACAF (The Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football) appears to be moving into office space to 3 MiamiCentral.

According to a construction permit filed April 5, Suite 1100 is being built out for the soccer organization, at a cost of $1,321,076. Total space will be 15,098 square feet.

The soccer organization currently has their global headquarters on 5th street in Miami Beach. Those offices were raided in 2015 as part of a worldwide investigation into FIFA.

Separately, another construction permit at 3 MiamiCentral was filed on May 4 to build out 4,000 square feet of ground floor retail, at a cost of $3.5 million. Yet another construction permit, for a ground floor Publix, still has not been approved by the city after being filed in December 2017.

Come on, at least we’re seeing offices fill up in the city as opposed to office parks in Doral.

CONCACAF… What a joke of a Federation… No wonder most of the time it’s the US and Mexico that end up grabbing a World Cup spot playing against them “mickey mouse” teams… If they’d play in the CONMEBOL in South America (toughest federation of them all) Neither the US nor Mexico would even know what the World Cup is..

Anonymous

Maybe Mexico and The US don’t play in the South American Federation because they are located in North America?

No S** Sherlock…*Smh*… Because of the way the Federations are set up and how the best seeds grab a spot for the World Cup CONCACAF’s competition level is a JOKE having. The US and Mexico play against teams like Nicaragua, Cuba, Honduras etc so no wonder they always come in 1st or 2nd (except this year that the US dropped the ball and didn’t even qualify). If the US and Mex played against REAL teams the only way they’d play in the World Cup would be as Hosts of the Tournament.. FACT

Just like I’m not a fan of “Kickball” I’m not a fan of watching cars go round and round in a circle either. I am a fan of the National Football League. Get it, got it, good!

That just shows your complete ignorance right there.. if you had ever bothered to find out how american football (which is only played in the US btw) was created in the late 1860’s you’d know it was created from RUGBY and the REAL FOOTBALL you call “kickball” which has been around for 2000 years. Not surprised by your lack knowledge to be honest.. please go back to Kentucky and watch some more of your Nascar, WWF and Monster Trucks.. ?

Um, I said it once and I’ll say it again:

In the United States of America, FootBall is KING!!!

Second on the list when it comes to sports in the United States of America is, BasketBall… get it, got it, good!!!

FYI Kentucky man/Trumpet supporter… American football might be the most popular sport in terms of TV audience but BASEBALL IS the American Sport…Won’t blame you for not knowing that either… Now go sit back down on your couch again and keep watching Fox News and feel grateful you just learned two new real factual things today. Thanks.

Hey dumb dumb, besides making inaccurate and boring jokes, I’ll clue you in on something. College baseball does not get the exposure and attendance like college football. NFL and College Football kick ass!

Now run along and go watch a local kickball game somewhere and stfu!

Hey Billy Bob: Who’s talking anything about college sports ?? Why don’t you READ first before coming back with such a lame argument to excuse your hillbilly ignorance…? And, while you’re talking about sport’s exposure and attendance let ME clue YOU in on yet another fun Fact about that thing your illiterate self calls “kickball”…

-FIFA WORLD CUP FINAL Viewing Audience: 1 BILLION…With a “B”

-NFL Superbowl Viewing Audience: 110 Millon

Today you’ve learned more than what you’ll ever learn watching Faux News and Duck Dynasty. Now, please stop embarrassing yourself, go grab a book, turn the page and go make you some moonshine. THANK YOU!!

Boy, you really are one stupid, dumb, clueless individual. I’ll state it again because you are one idiotic moron:

HERE, IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, FOOTBALL IS KING!!!!!!

Don’t tell me how much “Kickball” is loved in other nations throughout the world because I don’t givash*t!

Anonymous

1) We dont have a “King” here in the US, we’re not a Monarchy, we’re a Democracy….

2) It’s Soccer or Football, Not “kickball”

3) Soccer is the most popular/viewed sport in the world of Sports worldwide- That’s not arguable- Thus making it bigger and better than NFL football in every aspect…

4) Outside the US, American Football is the least popular sport of any nation. No one cares about it…

5) BASEBALL is “The American Sport”

6) Go make you some more Moonshine Billy Bob

Your bitching and moaning may have its place but it is certainly not here, under this article. Come on man. You have no sense of time and place or what? I could see you at work now…meeting called to review sales forecast and you start making points about if the company was selling ice buckets instead of software, you would call a different number.

From Wikipedia:
Mexico (Spanish: México [ˈmexiko]), officially the United Mexican States (Spanish: Estados Unidos Mexicanos), is a federal republic in the southern portion of North America.

1-Trump and you are the only two people in the world who believe Mexico is part of Central America, so go check your facts.
2-I voted for Hillary and still believe the only thing interesting about soccer is the players’ asses.

WOW, are you really saying that Mexico is part of CENTRAL America?
1) Central America is NOT a continent.

2) They U.S. is the only country in the world that divides AMERICA in 2 continents.

3) Based on this U.S. geography “definition”…Mexico IS part of NORTH America. Ever hear of NAFTA ? ? ? ? ? ?

The Toughest Federation for World Cup Qualifying is the CONMEBOL in South America and that’s a FACT bud, Google it… Not only because of the top quality teams and high competition it has but also because only 4 out of 10 qualify and 1 goes to a play-off for 5th a spot…

Anonymous

Argentina, Brazil and fill in the blank….lol Outside of Uruguay in 2010, no team since the 70s has advanced beyond the quarters. Overrated…

They’re not talking about the competition in the WC itself but rather the comparison within the qualifying for the WC… Concacaf IS a JOKE and the comment that Conmebol is the hardest World Cup QUALIFYING Federation IS a Fact.
