Downtown Miami’s 73-story Okan Tower is about to launch sales.
Hilton has a deal to manage the hotel, and the sales will be for condo-hotel units.
According to an email sent to brokers, the hotel will be called Hilton Bayfront Miami. An invitation-only event will be held for brokers next week.
Approval for the 956-foot tower, including 362 residential units, along with 300 hotel rooms, has already been obtained by the Turkish developer.
The mixed-use project will also include office, restaurant, and retail space. Design for the tower was inspired by a tulip.
