OKO Reveals Plans For Una, A Luxury Brickell Condo Tower

OKO Group and Cain International are launching sales for a new waterfront condo tower in Brickell, with construction to begin soon.

The 47-story building will be called Una.

It will include 135 units with private elevators, ranging in size from 1,100 to 4,786 square feet. Prices will range from $900,000 to over $5 million.

50% deposits are required. A schedule lists the 25th floor pour in Q2 2019, top off in Q1 2020, and closing in Q4 2020.

A sales center is opening in an 11-story building currently on the site, which the developers purchased for $48 million. The building will eventually be demolished.

Architecture is by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture.

I get your drift. Other than the Metropalitan, the rest of the block should be bought out and torn down. All the other condos on this street are an eyesore.

Everything in the above comment is exactly the opposite in truth. The street is lined with cool, pleasing modernist buildings with the glaringly horrid exception of the Metropolitan which is a hideous wreck of a stucco shitbox, disastrously colored, awkwardly massed and shaped and absolutely offensive to the eye from every vantage point. God Miami has been taken over by philistines.

Oldest Condo on Brickell

You may get your dos, trees and maybe a Quattro, cinco. The 9- acre condo next door at 2451 Brickell may be ripe for buyout by a developer. Sounds of Many owners interested in selling because of coming special assessment.

Major reconfiguration of traffic/street design needed on SE 25th Rd to make this work.

Looking at the rendering with the car, it coordinates with the street. Unlike Missioni Baia and other Edgewater condos with a parking garage running along the street behind the tower, this looks like it’s concealed to the back, making a pleasant streetscape.

Why? Can turn right at 25th, and then u turn a short distance in front of Brickell Townhouse to go south. Probably safer than making a left turn on Brickell anyway. Cheers.

The lot is too big, and there’s too many existing units to be bought out – 600. The waterfront is nice, but to make it worth it you’d have to build a cheaper tower on Brickell too. Cheers.

Indeed, the lot is over over 8 acres. Fantastic water front location though. Only 359 units, not 600. Many owners rent the units and, live abroad. Real potential for a buy out if the offer is right. Great accessibility to Brickell and, minutes only from the I 95 with a great private drive way & traffic lights. Multiple buyers will snoop up this amazing property in a matter of time.

The pool area of Brickell Townhouse is bigger than the UNA site. Brickell Townhouse almost nine acres and huge waterfront to build on. Heard options may be given to individual to sell at set price by certain date. DD.

I dont trust pre-construction anymore ….. renderings looks way too much to what then they deliver ….. and at the end prices are the same or less in the resales….

Progress tears down old Condo's

Has anyone heard any information about the almost 9 acre site next to this one? Looks like the oldest & best built Condominium Brickell Townhouse may follow 175 SE 25 Rd and be bought out by foreign investors. Many of the buyers are listed as corporations and is this done to hide identity of owners? This is a huge parcel fronting Brickell Avenue on Biscayne Bay. The property at present is under utilized with only one building on a huge parcel. Because of the large square footage that the units have it is a desirable Condo. Some one bedroom units are over 1,000 square feet. It’s about the only place you can buy a unit around $300 a sq ft. on Brickell Ave. This low price will not last long considering the price of it’s neighbor property sold for an average of $500 a square foot. Progress will soon bring bulldozers to more of Brickells older Buildings.
