Overtown’s One West Twelve Residences has been approved by the FAA, just a few weeks after it was submitted for review.
The FAA approval allows the tower to be built at a permanent height of 300 feet above ground, or 314 feet above sea level.
Approval was issued on September 23. The application was submitted on September 11.
One West Twelve Residences is now also in the construction permitting process, with a master construction permit application submitted in August and now in review.
The development is planned to include:
- 372 condo units
- 4,892 square feet of retail
- eight floors of garage
In July, the developers said that 50% of the units had been sold in just one month.
Cube 3 is the architect.
John Moriarty is the contractor.
PMG, Lion Development Group, and LNDMRK Development are the developers.
