I was trying to post a picture of the construction. They are on the 62nd floor. I couldn’t post the picture so here is the link: https://www.facebook.com/PlazaBrickell/photos/pb.708779979260558.-2207520000.1479853424./776629592475596/?type=3&theater

this building isnt iconic and it shouldnt be…its not on a prime waterfront or brickell street…but its no dog either…its scale is impressive and design looks smart with all the floor to ceiling glass…i walk by it daily

You think if you were spending billions building the state’s tallest tower you’d spend a bit on the branding. I haven’t been full-on embarrassed by a campaign as basic and clip-arty as this one in a while.

Nothing is going to sell fast again , the inventory is growing fast and that will drive to a huge discount in prices again , like it or not is the reality of the market …….NY has started to have discounts up to 40 – 50 percent in the luxury market :-/

lol isn’t it weird that the tallest building in florida is halfway built and we still don’t know what it will look like?

Yes. The night renderings above look like the renderings that have been out for months.

Too bad. These renderings do not have the curved back balconies on the upper floors in the north east corner. This just looks like floors on top of floors without any design changes. Unfortunately this looks like too much of the same.

Not impressed. Looks very average…now wow factor. Related projects (albeit condos) look a lot better. For Miami’s tallest building, this is a shame.

Totally agree. The Urban Development Review Board should have asked for a better design for what will be the tallest tower in Miami. Shame on them.
