The proposed 19-story Naranza at Edgewater could be redesigned for a bigger project after the developer acquired more land.
Prodesa International paid $7 million for property that was owned by The Village rehab center. The deed was recorded Monday.
The broker who arranged the transaction told The Real Deal that the purchase will allow the 19-story Naranza to be redesigned.
Prodesa’s property is adjacent to the Paraiso Bay complex, where closings at the first tower are set to begin imminently.
Separately, The Village sold a property at 3180 Biscayne Boulevard to Crescent Heights, TRD reported.
