Sneak Peak Inside Edgewater’s New Paraiso District, Opening Soon

This is what Edgewater’s Paraiso Bay looks like as of this week.

Brokers for the massive condo complex (the largest under construction in Miami) have announced a revised opening schedule for the four-tower project:

  • Paraiso Bay/Bay Homes – January 2018
  • One Paraiso – Spring 2018
  • Paraiso Bayviews – Spring 2018
  • Gran Paraiso – Summer 2018

Amara, a bayfront Michael Schwartz restaurant, is scheduled to open in December.

The restaurant building has better architecture than the towers. Also, the mural looks like something on an elementary school or water tower. SMH…

Truly resort style living

Truly a failure of urban planning to create such a disconnected mess. You can’t easily walk to anywhere, so thousands of more cars on a few tiny streets, but still people complete about traffic. Condo towers that force you to get in your car to go to a corner store are a huge part of the problem.

Looks good so far.. wide sidewalks and a lot of landscaping.

So this “district” comprises four huge condos on top of gigantic parking podiums, and a (somehow) more expensive Harry’s Pizzeria. Miami is TRULY a global city! Watch out Hong Kong.

Opening schedule cannot come soon enough.. love the revitalization of the Edgewater neighborhood.

I like it includes a public park and boardwalk.

The bubble facade design, silly even in the renderings, can’t even be seen in the built facade, you can’t even tell they are round, horrible.

Why do you ask?…I don’t see the people who are buying complaining.

Just wait till they move in and their place is worth only 70% of what they paid.
