Love this neighborhood..

Anonymous

why, mr. broker?

Anonymous

yes, a suburban feel in the city.

Anonymous

Wow, who approved those ugly ass cat walks to the parking garage?

Anonymous

So what do you think these tenets should do, jump that space into the parking garage?

Anonymous

I dunno, have an elevator to ground level like most garages?!

Anonymous

And if the elevator stops working?

Anonymous

why is the garage not attached to the building like most?

EJS

Nice location for a train station too!

Anonymous

Plenty of parking too

Anonymous

Awww damn, the people can afford cars… they should be lined up and shot!

Anonymous

Boy the power lines look nasty.

Anonymous

You ain’t lying.. they do look tacky.

Projects like this are going to have people clamoring for more and more developments and we’re going to see all of these areas from downtown to midtown to wynwood to the design district on fire in the next few years.

Anonymous

It’s going to have them clamoring for more and more transit that’s for sure.

Anonymous

I don’t understand the exposed concrete ceilings..

Anonymous

It’s called the “Industrial Look.” You pay extra for that.

Anonymous

maybe they should do a nicer job at finishing them

Anonymous

maybe you should stay in your gated Mediterranean style town home in Doral

Anonymous

Hater.

Anonymous

I like it. you utilize the whole height and it fits the hood – don’t question it. Just accept it is cool

Anonymous

Yeah like the tiny portions in all the chi-chi restaurants. The less they serve, the more you pay.

The unfinished ceiling does look odd and out of place because the rest of the unit seems to be very polished from that photo.

suomynona

That unit can’t possibly be finished.

Ceiling looks HORRIBLE. And a random ass smoke alarm with conduit running? LMAO.

Not to mention…TRACK LIGHTING? 1998 called and said, “STAHP!”

For the low, low starting price of $1,850/month (studio), a unit in this luxurious building could be yours! pfft

Looks great. Fits the neighborhood.
