Penthouse At 56-Story Casa Bella Sells For $12.6M, Groundbreaking This Summer

A penthouse unit at Casa Bella Residences by B&B Italia has just sold at a record price, according to the project’s developers.

The 54th-floor, 5,893-square-foot triplex penthouse has gone into contract for $12.6 million, which they say is a record price-per-square-foot for the neighborhood.

Demolition to make way for the tower began in March,

Since then, sales have been strong, with nearly $50 million in signed contracts over the past 60 days, the developers said last week.

Groundbreaking is now anticipated for Summer 2023, they added.

Related Group and Alta Developers are the developers.

I see a head sculpture just like the one in Ferrè Park. Interesting. I haven’t noticed that before.

Hopefully the park will soon light up that sculpture and the staircase. It’s so beautiful but left in the dark…literally.

The whole Museum Park needs more attractions, they built a dog’s park and dog’s statues but no kids park for example. What about some activities there? Also some cooler lights

Agreed. I live by Museum Park but often go to Margaret Pace because of all the activities. Basketball, beach volleyball, workout equipment, and there’s even a hotdog stand lol

It need separator for the homeless. They close it at night but still, building separators on those benches would make them better for tax payers to use them.

Same as the paradiso buildings facing west…

Because none of the units are facing west . There are only 7-3 units per floor depending on the level. main views and balconies are facing east , south and north .

they always take out the ugly melo building from the renderings, have you noticed ? (it should be next to casa bella building)

Melody (the Melo building) is actually behind this building. If you zoom in they’ve included it in the 2nd to last render TNM posted.

The other renders are just super old lol from when the project was going to be the Auberge

In this case it makes sense because it could confuse people as to which building is getting built…

The project predates Melody as Auberge.

Isn’t it inconvenient to be so high? Longer to get down to shop, go out to eat, walk your dog. Plus, everything on the ground looks so small from that height. From experience, the 7th or 8th floor view is better. Plus, it’s less windy and less scary.

Im in the 15 floor camp, but overall agree that higher can be a hassle especially with pets

No way. The higher the better. I would never live on such a low floor like 7 or 8, especially on Biscayne where there’s so much street noise.
