Contractors building the the 65-story E11even Hotel & Residences have applied for Federal Aviation Administration approval to install a tower crane at construction site.
Separately, the FAA just issued approval for the permanent height of a second tower known as E11ven Residences Beyond.
The construction crane at the first tower is planned to rise 750 feet above ground, or 761 feet above sea level, according to a January 20 filing.
The estimated work schedule is listed as being from May 3 2023 to November 3 2024.
The FAA has already issued approval for a permanent tower height at E11even Hotel & Residences of 698 feet above ground, or 709 feet above sea level.
Construction is underway at the site, with an active foundation permit issued by Miami’s Building Department.
E11even Hotel & Residences is planned to include, 416 residences, 36,852 square feet of commercial, 2,049 square feet of office, and four floors of parking garage, according to the permit. 100% of residential units are sold out.

The second 65-story tower on the same block, E11even Residences Beyond, recently entered the construction permitting phase.
It was approved by the FAA on January 20 for a permanent height nearly identical to the first tower, at 699 feet above ground, or 709 feet above sea level.
