Phased Construction Permit Issued At Wynwood Diamedix

A phased construction permit has been issued for Wynwood Diamedix, Miami Building Department records show.

The project is also known as PRH N. Miami. It includes two 12-story buildings across the street from each other on east and west parcels.

The phased permit on one parcel was issued on November 18. Across the street, another phased permit for the second parcel was issued December 2.

Beauchamp is listed as the construction contractor.

The full construction permits across both sides of the street are still in process. They were first applied for in October 2021.

Tree permits were issued on November 8.

According to the a utilities deal completed earlier this year, the project will include:

  • 304 apartments
  • 18,422 square feet of retail
  • 55,961 square feet of office

There will also be a 7-story garage with 527 parking spaces.

CFE is the architect.

It’s not going to be a pleasant walking experience with giant flyovers, and homeless sleeping and taking showers under them.

The underline flyovers in Brickell turned into a haven for gorgeous butterflies, a man that plays classical piano, and yoga on weekends. Transformed in only a year. A farmers market is coming soon.

Wynwood is now in low rise buildings what Brickell, downtown, worldcenter and Edgewater are for high rises…THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME!!! It was cute for a while but…not no more.
