Work appears to be underway at the Aman Miami Beach site.
A residential tower designed by famed Japanese architect Kengo Kuma is planned, along with renovation of the existing Versailles building into an Aman hotel.
An underground parking garage is also part of the plans.
Aman previously said it would spend $4.8 million per room for the 56 rooms it will renovate at the Versailles Hotel tower
