Great project – please consider asking the city to add bike lanes along NE 2nd ave!

Anonymous

Especially since there’s a pretty good bike lane on NE 2nd once you pass the Design District. An actual, logical network of bike lanes–imagine that!

Anonymous

That could connect to the Venetian Causeway bike lanes.

Anonymous

I use that bike lane almost daily… HUGE problem with scumbag drivers blocking it almost continually with their flashers on while they shop in any given store…police and security personnel should tow IMMEDIATLY

Prepare to breathe more dust every day.

Anonymous

Yeah, that’s the inconvenient price to pay for being in an area that’s constantly going through redevelopment, for the better.

I think you’ll do better living much much closer to the Everglades.

Anonymous

Why would he want to live out west? He likes to ride his bike.

Anonymous

Well, the further he moves closer to the Everglades out west, the less cars he’ll have to deal with when he’s riding his bike.

Polo

Please consider extending metromover along NE 2nd ave to midtown.

Anonymous

The last Metromover stop should be ICA Museum

Um, Coastal Link? Maybe streetcars along Biscayne Boulevard with Baylink, but all transit options should be spaced out efficiently.

Anonymous

Coastal Link makes too much sense and is too easy, therefore it will never happen.

Should have been running 10 years ago.

Anonymous

You’re right. People in power in Miami don’t like doing things that makes sense.

Anonymous

Yeah… and when money talks, we’ll be lucky if we get two circulator trolleys at a capacity of like twenty people, while Gimenez talks about drones carrying people as the near future.

Anonymous

Long time coming.. area will be beautiful once these projects get completed. All these neighborhoods are integrating nicely. ??

Nice apartments for local Miami residents… and near everything!

Anonymous

Nice project…but so stupid how they show that triangle on the north end as green space…not their property..a strip mall and storage place which are likely not going anywhere.

Tony

When are we getting the Walmart???

Anonymous

Um, Walmart ain’t happening.

Anthony

Um.. ISAAA A JOKE!

Anonymous

…wtf?

Anonymous

Yes. Now, more apartments on that empty space between Buena Vista Blvd and NE 1st ave, from 36-34th streets, please.
