Moishe Mana continues to plan for renovations on Flagler Street in downtown Miami where he is the biggest landlord in the area.
Last week, Mana posted a photo of a site visit to Flagler Street with a person who appears to be architect Bernard Zyscovich.
Mana has said he is buying as many properties as he can in the area, where he sees tremendous potential.
After a purchase last month, he owns owns $315 million worth of real estate spread over 40 properties in downtown Miami. That includes about 1.65 million square feet of office and retail space and about 317,000 square feet of land.
Mana plans to redevelop his portfolio into retail, office and residential projects that will become a vibrant, round-the-clock community.
One of the properties will house the Miami International University of Art & Design. The school will occupy 70,000 square feet at 155 S. Miami Ave. after facing an eviction lawsuit from Resorts World Miami at its current Biscayne Boulevard location.
