The Ritz Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach is just about completed, a new aerial photo shows.
According to a filing with the Federal Aviation Administration before work began, the tower height is 642 feet above ground.
The building was designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with interiors by Florentine architect Michele Bönan.
The project will include 212 residences managed by The Ritz-Carlton, and will have a private club level on the 33rd floor. There will also be a beach restaurant, pool deck, kids club, spa, fitness center and wellness center.
Residences start at $2.6 million, with a full-floor penthouse offered at $32 million.
