Very nice addition to the skyline. Fort Lauderdale is like San Diego while Miami is Los Angeles. Best thing about it is that it’s actually closer to each other. LA is two hours away from San Diego, if traffic is not bad. Can you imagine with all of Biscayne Boulevard up to Hallandale, Hollywood, through I-95 with skyscrapers till Fort Lauderdale? Seems it may happen one day within the next 50 years.

Fort Lauderdale always reminds me more of Santa Monica. The line of towers along the ocean is already there you can see it from I-95. Biscayne would be a cool Peachtree type street with tall towers but Diana has strict height limits with the airport.

This project will improve Fort Lauderdale’s sky line especially the view from the new river bridge on I95. I just wish they would have included some nightlife spaces along the ground floor to link Himmarshee and Las Olas together. I’m curious the future of the city’s nightlife future with so many residential projects buying the entertainment spaces out.
