What a difference, Brickell is really moving, I’ve been here for the opening of BCC 3 years ago, it was very empty along MBV on the weeknight, now its bustling and it’s a Tues…every restaurant has patrons, even last year it was slower…this place will do fine, if you’ve invested in Brickell, you’re going to see ROI, hang in there its coming…kudos Miami

Something tells me that is not the demograph supporting the majority of businesses in Brickell City Center, nor filling the skyscrapers surrounding it.

I know that, but it’s obvious that many here TNM resent that they are the majority, by far, and that all over the world Miami is known for sun, beaches and Cuban culture.
