Awesome design, buildings look so much better without a squat blocky parking podium even when they are wrapped with units/uses. Yes the parking structure will never look great but at least the tower portion looks great. But please make this great development even better with a Whole Foods or Trader Joes on the ground floor!

Whole Foods would be a perfect fit on the Walmart site, or Trader Joes and Orchard Supply Hardware with some more small stores in between. Maybe a proper movie theater?

You have theaters in vicinity of Downtown and Brickell…how many do you want?

Midtown is quite a while away from Downtown, as is Cocowalk in Coconut Grove and Sunset Place in South Miami, both with theaters and decent Metrorail access.

yeah… what’s up with the Walmart?

Dead, it seems. Walmart will probably flip the property to compensate for fighting lawsuits against building here, and open somewhere else like West Little River or Brownsville.
