Amazing for Miami! I Think this tower is on par with AM Residences and even 1000 Museum, it’s stunning! Not to mention the feat of engineering that is the underground parking garage and that it is in a much more exposed location in the skyline.

You try digging a hole next to the ocean in a hurricane prone area where the ground leaks water and an aquifer that gives water to 6 million people is only a few feet below 🤦‍♂️
