Photos: 66-Story Aston Martin Residences Continues Rising, & New Rendering Released

Two months after a foundation pour was completed, Miami’s Aston Martin Residences continues to rise vertically.

The 66-story tower is on track to become the second tallest building in Florida, at a height of 816 feet above ground.

Photos show that the first floor of the tower is now coming out of the ground, with columns being poured.

A total of 391 condos are being built, with completion expected in 2022.

Is it just me, or does the new street-view rendering look like something that was created with 2003-version software?

Anonymous

I’d hope the crappy streetlights in the rendering are replaced, among other things regarding the streetscape.

I hear that the current sales center on the east side will become a Burger King.

Anonymous

I don’t buy it, it’s probably the sales center for another project being built…

Could be the greatest comment ever .

Yeah, right. I’ll believe it when it’s topped out /s.

Poking at the naysayers from months back that were always saying this wasn’t being built?

At a generous week a floor that’s 80 weeks to top off, then a year to finish the interiors, we will be seeing it, but no time soon. 2.5 years minimum remaining construction – say March 2022 delivery. Maybe by then it will be half sold. Cheers.
