People either complain about views, or complain there is no density. Move to Homestead. Most of you don’t live IN the city to begin with.

its sad that people in miami still thinks about the view ….
remember that in big cities suck as san francisco , new york and chicago because of the density the view is not as important as the location…
we in miami have to stop thinking like this is a small city…..

This is still Miami and even in NY, a view always gets way more.

EXACTLY. People need to get over expecting a premium view with these prices. These buildings offer amenities that average communities don’t (i.e. Pools, gyms, spas, concierge, Washers/Driers, etc).

Gyms without squat racks or real equipment, Pools just like any other. Spas which have no medicinal benefit. Washers and driers are provided in overtown. Concierge is offered in cheapo apartments to broke college kids.

So what is so special again?

I was thinking of renting at Bay Parc and the noise from the fan and construction is unbearable. They tried to convince me with one month free rent. NO WAY!

Thats what I said all along. It looks like only 2-3 units at most will have great views like their pictures show.
