I love all the color and art in Wynwood. It will soon grow into one of the coolest, most unique neighborhoods in the world.

Sailed? Are you not seeing the insane growth happening literally on a daily basis? New restaurants, new artwork, new buildings, new business, etc etc? Delusional much?

Hopefully “installing” murals will be a requirement for all new projects because without the murals, Wynwood will become just another gentrified hood.

I think Wynwood is already snowballing into being a gentrified neighborhood.

When I walk around Wynwood it’s actually extremelly diverse.

It’s already a requirement for all buildings in Wynwood.

Yep. It’s a requirement. Art installations on all ground floor facades

Why not credit the artists? This is a great collaboration between local artist Andrew Antonaccio (@2alasofficial) & Spanish artist Okuda San Miguel (@okudaart)

I miss the Yard. And no, the Doral Yard isn’t the same. Not even close.

As good as it gets

Doral is a glorified Hialeah
It can never compete with Wynwood, Brickell or Coral Gables.
Worst of all: No transportation infrastructure and full of gated communities

this guy is still in the 90’s when Doral was a suburb with lots of gated communities.they built City place Doral ,Midtown Doral and Downtown Doral.those mixed projects draw big crowds on weekends, this neighborhood is more lively than it was in the past.I agree that it will never be like Brickell or wynwood but it is much better than Hialeah

They need some sort of mass transit system to connect the NE 29th Street corridor with the Wynwood Brightline station.

From your name, I’ll bet you probably think a low-capacity and speed system like Metromover should be extended because you don’t want to pay for fares.

I wish developers started “installing” trees in Wynwood. Such a bare area and becomes a frying pan with scolding hot pavement 6 months a year

Wynwood Green? As far as I know it is named Artem.

Ugly. I hope the neighboring land is redeveloped so we don’t have to see it and eventually is removed.
