Aston Martin Residences, The Tallest Building Completed In Miami In 2024

The Aston Martin Residences tower in downtown Miami is the tallest completed in the city in 2024.

The 66-story tower opened in April.

It reaches 816 feet above ground, making it the second tallest building in both Miami and all of Florida.

A total of 391 luxury condos were built.

As of this morning, a total of 365 deeds have been recorded (recording of deeds often lags).

On the north facing side, there are a couple of ugly concrete holes visible from Bayfront Park. What are those holes for, and are they temporary? It really looks ugly.

I know what holes you’re talking about and they’ve had these ugly panels of plywood toward the bottom parts of them forever with some random pipes sticking out……leave it up to Miami to make Aston Martin Residences trashy smh

I wish we had towers of this architectural caliber further along the Miami River, and not more Related/Arquitectonica boxes and blobs.

Best tower completed since 1000 Museum. Oddly enough, both have unfortunate failed building neighbors, with Aston Martin’s being Epic and 1000 Museum’s being Ten Museum Park.
