Photos: Construction Progress At 217 Room Arlo Hotel In Wynwood

Construction continues at the Arlo hotel in Wynwood.

It is the first hotel to begin construction in Wynwood.

Arlo Wynwood will include 217 pod hotel rooms and ground floor restaurants and bars, all surrounding an interior courtyard.

When complete, the building will also serve as an urban event venue, along with an 8,000 square foot “hidden” music venue.

Public art will be displayed in the front of the building through an an open space on the 3rd level of the front façade. It will also serve as a public stage for events and yoga practice.

NBWW is the architect.

Love the power lines near this project. Really completes the look!

The hotel will provide magnificent views of birds perched on the power lines, pooping on some sod’s Ferrari. Also, Miami’s skyline…

Lol funny they included the power lines in the renderings. I think each project should have to pay to have their project power moved underground or have to add funds to a community bond that will have this done in 4 yrs max.I don’t support Mana paying for it himself! They could even do a special tax for this area to have it done. Should do this before buying all those automated touch screen direction maps lol( even though they have other uses)

Why not? He can afford it from the revenue slumming up his properties and milking (no pun intended) MacArthur Dairy.

Wynwood absolutely booming. I was at The Oasis on Saturday and all I could think was that Wynwood really needs a pool a la SLS or Good Time Hotel. Would be a major W.

Yes they do need outdoor pools but other business. Don’t like that idea. Afraid it’ll turn into South Beach 😂

If you’re that afraid the area will turn into another South Beach, then stay away and don’t GO!!! It’s no skin off your ass!

Yeah, take that loud music indoors.. why should I pay $1200 to over $2000 a month in rent and can’t even listen to my TV at night because some bar is still playing loud music outside at 10 pm until?

I can’t wait until all those nasty, dirty murals are gone so people can truly enjoy the ‘vibe’ of Wynwood. LMAO
