The pictures are great. But you really can’t appreciate how thick and long it is until you see it in person.

Beautiful! We need more organic-shaped/ rounded buildings like this in Miami, which reflect the aquatic nature of the City 🤩

TNM, after they finish, please take a picture of a helicopter parked on top of this building and show us.

I never did get the “sailboat” theme…..doesn’t look like any sailboat I’ve ever seen…but fear not, Citadels building will put this to shame! We looked at this in Chicago as it went up, but still can’t see the resemblance to a sailboat…..but WE love the Porsche Design tower!

To be honest, in my opinion, its a knock off of the – IRON MAN – headquarters building in NYC.

…which knocked off the Burj Al Arab.

I do see the resemblance to a sailboat and I also think, this is the best of miami.

to get a true sense of the magnitude of this beauty, stand on the south side of the miami river in that park by the W. Can only imagine what it’s going to look like at night from that vantage point once its done!

Most realistic renderings ever of a development that will never happen.

Disappointed this project ever happened. You blocked our views!

steel reinforced pylons imbedded in the oolite will have exposure to brackish water which will cause degradation over time affecting the entire support structure..

Have you studied this foundation design in particular? This foundation is the deepest and largest foundation in the entire city. Miami will be long gone, and the support structure for this building will still be standing!

salt water intrusion

sea water comes up from the oolite..no matter how deep the pylons..that may be worse for the long term corrosion upon the rebar support based system

Unpopular opinion, other than maybe the shape, there is nothing special about this tower. the glass, the inset balconies, etc. just a ho hum looking building. maybe its nice inside, who knows? never know!

Still grumbling about them turning down your designs huh?

One of the major differentiators is that the building has it’s own marina.

Pythagoras

It has more to do with the shape of the building that I can’t really appreciate. Keep it simple I suppose.

In my opinion, it does look wayyy better than that Natiivo tower.

Pythagoras

Well that depends if you like certain shapes. I am a lover of shapes and all things numbers especially when it comes to Euclidean Geometry. But the shape of this building is just not right. I prefer my buildings to be boxes or triangles.

Natiivo is not even a good looking box design.

that’s it, just your opinion, and you are entitled to it. It holds no weight.
