Below are the latest aerial photographs of Monad Terrace.

Any idea on what percentage is bought? Or when it opens? I live down the street — looking forward to nice new neighbors 🙂

You look forward to having more people clog up the beach and streets? Or are you a horndog looking for more lays?

I am a West Ave Condo owner. I wish the buildings computer simulations of the building’s elevations were accurate. The building does not look like them at all. Very disappointing.

Does light hit this building/its pool at any point during the day?
