I’m a fan of high rise buildings but I like mid rise just as much because they cover a lot of real estate. I would love to see more projects like this in Miami!

I love a dense mix of high rise and mid rise, strategically placed, so that people get awesome wide open views

Something Miami isn’t very good at (e.g. Edgewater), so it makes you wonder why a height limit here was pushed; to stop giant Arquitectonica boxes with the height of this building as the parking garage.

This is a great example of why the 35 feet Height Restriction in The MIMo District must be reconsidered.

I really agree. We need more height jus west of BB. It can scale up the further west to NW 2nd

Except that’s Palm Grove, a historic district. This a great example of the mid-rise height, density, and architecture for the corridor. Fill the Arts & Entertainment District and West Brickell with high-rises first, and then we can talk about taller infill here, although when such time comes, most the empty lots will be fills with commensurate development.

yes, lifting that restriction could bring more development to that area and finally get rid of those empty lots

that’s what I love about Miami winning. Haven’t been in this area for a while and boom there is a new beautiful almost finished project!

Yes, lots of new development, primarily oceanfront and close to the bay side. Cheers.

All of those air-conditioning units look cheap on the roof. One discreet unit would of been better.

Yes, I’m sure the birds will appreciate that. Cheers.

Looks Cheap? are you a practicing mechanical engineer to determining the required HVAC requirements for the units and why “one discrete unit” is better?

Will there be walkway access to the restaurant next-door which is Andiamo’s Pizza? That would be good because it would make sense since they are right next-door and there is some retail and restaurant space and it’s right next-door to the pizza place.

Nice addition to Biscayne Blvd, just hope the ubereats drivers know to not block biscayne blvd and go on the opposite of the building.
