Photos: First Look At The Oasis In Wynwood, Set To Officially Open This Week

In Wynwood, The Oasis will officially open on Friday – but some visitors got a sneak peek of the new facility this past weekend.

The 35,000 square foot outdoor space spans an entire city block.

At the center of the property is a giant 80-foot stack of shipping containers, with the Tower Bar serving drinks at the base.

A total of six food and beverage options surround an outdoor courtyard. Options include Italian, Asian, Mexican, Pizza, Fried Chicken, and Mediterranean venues.

There’s also an indoor lounge called Huacachina that will feature nightly DJs.

Spotify will have their Latin America headquarter offices on the property. There will also be several retail shops, including a cafe and fitness studio.

The food and beverage areas will be open until midnight daily on both weekdays and weekends.

The opening party was fantastic, and the overall execution of the Oasis space is incredible. Happy to have this project joining the neighborhood.

Wynwood needs more density so you can walk from place to place without needing a car

It’s coming, give it a few months or years. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

I remember seeing a Trader Joe’s is opening up in a Midtown building.

Let me guess, you’re one of those “please not another Publix” people, that you would rather have a marked-up mini mart of expired foodstuffs?

So what are the details of the venue? Is there a cover charge to enter the area?

Wow I think this will have great success. Miami loves to party and with the neighborhood booming with development. I believe we’ll see more like it. Not so much out doors but in concept of work/play.

Love it. Wynwood needs a hotel with a Vegas style pool to add to the mix.
