That Shake Shack is the smallest I’ve every seen… who did the built out? Hopefully they are planning on adding some out door seating.

You really can’t gamble too big on Brickell. Lots of restaurans are closing. It’s better to start small and test out the waters.

Really???

The restaurant seems to be the right size its just the lack of outdoor seating. Plus it gives a weird feeling when you are waiting in line to order a burger but you next to a completely empty outdoor space.

Actually, I think west Brickell needs a coupla more thousand residents before most restaurants in Brickell can start feeling a little comfortable about surviving for more than a few years.

Definitely not enough density in all of downtown yet.

Anonymous

I don’t think the problem is density, it’s the rent price demanded by landlords.

Anonymous

Wow! I’ll bet they never thought of that.
Now that you have posted it, maybe they will go pick up some chairs at IKEA and put them down.
Orrrrrr….maybe the chairs are coming soon.
I’ll bet a publically traded company dependent on guest seating has already thought about guest seating.

What’s closing? I thought everything in Brickell was a hit.

the outdoor seating is a must. We had to eat at the Starbucks tables this weekend.

Have you been to the original Shake Shack location?

Anonymous

Any known expected date for full Central Fare completion?

Anonymous

Should be end of the year. Chick-Fil-A is going to have some competition with Shake Shack

Anonymous

Love shake shack 🙂

When is Central Fare even open? I went there a few months ago on a WEEKEND AFTERNOON and it was closed! Ridiculous.

Anonymous

Soon… Chick-Fil-A opens at end of year at central fare

Not a fan of the astroturf.

it won’t last long. I’ve seen so many dogs on it already even though they have a small “no dog” sign.

What is that woman in white standing at the House of Mac, wearing?

Anonymous

She took metro rail from her locked room at Jackson

Anonymous

She’s wearing something like a grandmother in Hialeah would be wearing

Una batica de casa con los bordados en el pecho…ay que linda

It’s called a “catarza”. It’s a frock type dress worn in the Seychelles.

Anonymous

Well, somebody better tell her she’s in the United States of America now, not Seychelles.

Ripoff hipster nibbles, I’ll pass.

Carbs…bad for you!

Looks like a mall food court.

Anonymous

And you can tell that by looking at one small picture?

Anonymous
