Another ok Related building, well overpriced, where buyers will have to wait at least 10 years to see some equity, if so.

That’s the lobby area. What’s wrong with that?
The pool area is stunning. Sure, I wouldn’t mind living in a resort and then hide in my own cave on the 38th floor.

FYI… Most of Brickell didn’t loose power in the last hurricane. Those that did had it back in hours. I didn’t even lose cable TV.
