Like it.. cheaper renting option than Brickell for local, younger residents.

I agree! Just keep going block by block, build all around the PAC and demolish the Willard hotel. This whole area should be known as Melo Town.

this building can easily be turned into a condo!!
if they keep the prices at “MELO STANDARD” this will be a great addition to the area, and great option for LOCAL people to live. Great job Melo!!

wow that’s some good lighting. Glad for such big development, 710 apartments will increase the density in the area (much needed)

Just wait though, someone’s gonna come on this site and complain about “light pollution” coming from this and the other new buildings.

Happy to see this coming on line, but man, did they really have to build cheaper balconies on the west side of the buildings? It looks so silly having glass balconies throughout and then bars on the west side.

Agree…. And I wish melo could see fit to have some exterior light feature to help balance lack of creativity… Just a thought…. Don’t think that would be so cost prohibitive …
