The future of Mana’s Wynwood and Flagler Street properties being mapped out (photos via Facebook):
hopefully working on some rental buildings. all these lux condo highrises going up and not many real full-time miamians can afford them.
Hopefully it will include some office space as well. That would allow for more businesses and corporations to have a presence in downtown and ultimately more high-paying jobs as well. And this in turn would allow more Miamians to be able to afford the lux condos and/or lux rental apartments to be built downtown.
At some point, it is going to become obvious that this market cannot rely solely on wealthy foreign investors and absentee ownership to support all or most development in downtown Miami. I know a lot of people are giddy with excitement about all of the proposed developments that include yet more multimillion dollar condos in sparkling skyscrapers but realistically, it is time now to push economic diversity and a wholesale expansion of the corporate base in Miami in order to keep the momentum going well into the future.
who is the design team?
The team is PlusUrbia Design.
I recognize Juan Mullerat, the firm’s founder, from school.
Enough pictures of the guy. We get it, you are a starchitect. How about some designs.
