Publix opened a new supermarket in Sunny Isles last month, after closing and demolishing an old store on the site.

Dezer Properties paid $31.7 million for about an acre of bayfront land behind the new store, in a deal that closed October 15. Dezer already owns the adjacent land, bringing the total to around 4.5 acres.

Sunny Isles is so cosmopolitan looking. Wish the Wynnwood, Arts, Mimo, and Midtown districts looked like that.

Sorry, I’m not from some Latin American country, so painting pictures on walls just don’t cut it for me.

Brickell already looks like that. Downtown, Park West, and Edgewater are on their way.
Wynwood and Midtown have airport height restrictions, so not likely to happen.

Exactly! looks are deceiving…especially if you are one of the residents..Your comment was so non-cosmopolitan!

Good luck with MiMo when it’s a historic district only to stop vertical development in front of NIMBYs in legit historic districts, which would have also raised their already solid property values.
