Not everything needs to be upscale. Went to Ross on Saturdayand got a pair of pants and a shirt for a total of $21. I’m glad as a resident of South Beach that something affordable is nearby.

Sad. Onward towards a homogeneous society!

Great renovation and adaptive reuse of the property, but terrible choice as tenant.

All that’s needed now is Mac’ys to close and Walmart to replace it. We can have a great argument between proponents for “affordable groceries” and opponents for the fact their stores ruin neighborhoods.

The Hallandale Walmart that opened in front of 3 Islands 20+ years ago really sent the neighborhood into the crapper. NOT.

Affordable groceries>>>>>snotty hipsters

What’s funny’s that Lincoln was just fetching record prices like a year ago. How quickly the mighty fall…

technically this is not part of the main drag of lincoln as it is east of washington. that part of the street is always a little rough around the edges.

Gross. But I guess it’s better than the spot remaining vacant? I don’t know how to feel about this..¯_(ツ)_/¯
