The Ritz Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach reached completion earlier this year, and strong sales are being reported there.
Over $500 million in sales have been recorded at the new tower since the building opened in March despite the pandemic, developers said in a press release. In total, more than 85% of units have been sold, including all four penthouses.
Arquitectonica’s Bernardo Fort-Brescia designed the 52-story building that towers 642 feet above the ground.
Over 6,000 panes of glass spanning 365,000 square feet were used for the facade of the tower.
A total of 209 residences and eight Guest Suites (reserved exclusively for residents) were built. Prices start at $2.25 million.
Amenities include a private club level on the 33rd floor, beach restaurant, pool deck, kids club, full-service spa, fitness center and wellness center.
Fortune International and Chateau Group are the developers.
