went there last night, very nice bar, but a little bit over priced in my opinion, (I am used to high prices so no Kendall references please…)

Looks perfect for lovely ladies to meet men.

This opened about 2 months ago. It’s “nice” but the drink prices are comically high, especially with the included 18% gratuity on every drink. Two cocktails will run you close to 50 bucks. I, too, am used to expensive drinks, but it doesn’t seem worth it here IMO.

I asked Ian Schrager (in 1995) how a Mimosa could possibly cost $14? He said, they don’t. But we want to cater to a clientele who does not complain drink prices. People who do not complain about drink prices do not want to socialize with the type of people that do.
(It’s Friday, 10pm. SBar is very busy.)

that was definitely true in 95, but nowadays price definitely doesn’t mean good clientele anymore…

Already looks outdated.

It is the style used, but it is not dated.

A mashup of Art Deco and Mid-Century Modern, both have enduring legs with roots in SoFla.

Yeah, and has some great murals that harken back to old Havana. Great happy hour too…ask for Bruce!

The knucklehead who said all recent Related projects are lame and said SLS Lux is the same as 500 Brickell is fantastically wrong.

Would you rather see another clunky modernist Apple store ripoff with gunmetal grey and brown coloring?
