Yawn. More restaurants, aka almost identical to the “Mercato” first floor which is really just a bunch of overpriced mini-restaurants

Pleasing colors, compared to the gunmetal architecture of the shopping center. I like it.

How many Italian food halls in BCC?

Two food courts.

Is it bad for me to hope one of them goes out of business just to prove to the developers how stupid they are for opening 2 nearly identical competing restaurants in the same building?

Agreed. The food hall concept itself is awesome though, you just have to look at 1-800-Lucky on a weeknight in Wynwood to see how popular they can be

I also think that is because there is hardly any decent asian/chinese food in Miami, and 1800lucky isn’t half bad.

A seafood place/aquarium a la the Aquarium restaurant in Houston would be lovely in a spot like this….

Why the Landlord allowed two Italian food halls within the same mall. I don’t get it. These businesses spent millions building these upscale halls and pay high rents to have to compete with each other. They should have done only one.
